Extra Info: What is a Drawknife?
Manufacturer: Whitehouse
Tool Type: Drawknife
Drawknife Type: Standard
This model of Whitehouse drawknife had tall shaped Beech handles with
decorative double parallel scribed lines around the top and bottom of
the handles.
The two handles were finished with steel ferrules at the bottom of the
handles where the drawknife frame/tangs entered the handles as well as
stell caps on top of the handles.
The blade was stamped with the markings 'C.Whitehouse & Sons, Cannock'.
The cutting edge width of the blade was approximately 8 inches.
