Category: Old Drills
Manufacturer: Millers Falls
Tool Type: Hand Drill
Model No: 2
The Millers Falls hand drill number 2 is quite an early hand drill from the
Millers Falls drilling tools range.
The 2 has the distinctive Millers Falls patterned wheel design with
eight shaped spokes which look like legs running.
This drill was made with a hollow Rosewood handle with a screw-on lid.
The purpose of this hollow handle is to store drill bits inside. There
is also a small knob on the wheel which is also made from Rosewood.
The cranked winding handle is marked 'Millers Falls, 00 no.2 Millers
Falls Mass USA'.
