This version of the London made brass-backed Drabble And Sanderson tenon saw is fitted with a shaped Beech handle. The handle is secured to the blade with the use of 3 brass split-nut screws.

The split-nut screws can be adjusted/tightened by using a special split-nut screwdriver.

The left face of the brass-back is marked with the inscription 'Drabble & Sanderson, London'.

The saw shown is 14 inches in length and has 12 teeth per inch (tpi). There were different lengthed and tpi versions of this saw produced.
