This model of Chipaway drawknife had very tall slender shaped hardwood
handles.
The two handles were finished with closed steel ferrules at the bottom of the
handles where the drawknife frame/tangs entered the handles as well as
stell caps on top of the handles.
The blade was stamped with the markings 'ChipAway'.
The cutting edge width of the blade was approximately 9 inches.
